摘要
学术创新必须建立在理性的学术规范基础上,以此为起点,营造一种适于学术创新的气氛,建立一种有利于学术创新生长的制度,已经是势所必然。
The article discusses the inevitable trend to create an innovative atmosphere, to establish an institution conducive to academic innovation and development, based on reasonable academic standardization.
