摘要
针对脑卒中后抑郁症临床漏诊率高的问题, 介绍了该病症的临床症状以及诊断标准; 介绍了治疗该病症的疗法和治疗药物, 对其疗效和副作用进行了分析比较, 并指出综合治疗更适合老年患者.
To counter the high rate of missed diagnosis of post-stroke depression (PSD),the clinical symptom,diagnostic norm and treatment of PSD are introduced in this article.The curative effect is analyzed and compared with the side effect.Combined treatment is more suitable for senile patients with PSD.
