摘要
目的探讨应用高分辨率的MRI对丘脑进行薄层断层扫描以及计算机三维重建技术对靶点定位的价值和临床应用意义;并获得丘脑的MRI质心坐标值和空间立体形态。方法对21例健康人的头颅进行高分辨率的MRI薄层断层扫描,将获得的数据传至计算机工作站,然后进行计算机三维重建,计算出丘脑的前后径、左右径、上下径、质心坐标值等三维数据,并绘出丘脑的立体形态。同时用手工计算出丘脑的质心坐标。将计算机质心计算与手工计算所获得数据进行对比,并对所获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果丘脑的前后径、左右径、上下径分别为:(29.68±0.52)mm、(14.21±0.21)mm、(18.93±0.29)mm;质心坐标值(X,Y,Z)为(10.29±0.83)mm、(-7.89±0.58)mm、(8.24±0.58)mm;丘脑是前上斜、外上翘、前内偏展态,呈卵圆形。计算机质心计算与手工计算数据之间有一定的差别。结论应用高分辨率的MRI薄层断层扫描并进行计算机三维重建技术对丘脑的质心定位准确。获得了丘脑在三维空间内的位置和形态数据库,建立了在计算机里可任意观察、切割、测量的计算机数字化三维模型,为外科导航手术和远程诊治及网上多媒体教学提供了数据保证。
Objective To provide target coordinates and imaging of thalamus with serial thin horizontal brain scanning with high-resolution MRI and computerized three-dimensional reconstruction. Methods Serial thin horizontal brain scanning with high-resolution MRI and computerized three-dimensional reconstruction were performed in 21 healthy subjects. The length, width, height and target coordinates of thalamus were calculated. The results were compared with those with manual calculation. Results The length, width, height of thalamus were 29.68±0.52mm, 14.21±0.21 mm and 18.93±0.29 mm, respectively. The target coordinates (x, y, z) of thalamus were 10.29±0.83mm, -7.89±0.58mm and 8.24±0.58mm; there were some differences with those of manual calculation. Conclusion Serial thin horizontal brain scanning with high-resolution MRI and computerized three-dimensional reconstruction may provide accurate location and morphological data of thalamus, which may be applied in stereotactic surgery.
