通过介绍水匮乏指数的结构组成、计算方法,并通过实例,揭示水匮乏指数在提供水资源开发利用方面的进步、确定区域提高水资源状况行动的优先次序的作用。
The WPI′s structure, component and method to calculate were introduced, following by case studies, in which the functions of WPI were demonstrated in aspect of evaluating the progresses in water resource utilization, determining the priority action for improving the water condition.
