摘要
目的:提高对原发性乳腺弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤认识。方法:7例原发性乳腺弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤均经病理学及免疫组织化学证实。结果:随访至今7例患者均健在。结合文献对原发性乳腺弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤临床表现、诊断、治疗原则等进行讨论。结论:原发性乳腺弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤罕见,与乳腺癌难以鉴别,易于误诊,确诊依赖于病理学及免疫组织化学。治疗上以放疗和化疗为主,必要时也可行手术治疗。
Objective:To improve the understanding of primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the breast.Methods:Four cases were proved by histopathology and immunohistochemistry.Results:All of them are alive now.The clinical features,principle of diagnosis and treatment of primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the breast were discussed This tumor is not a common tumor of the breast,soits differentiation with breast cancer is very difficult and easily mis-diagnosed.The correct depended upon histopathology and immunohistochemistry.Treatment was mainly radiotherapy and chemiotherapy,in some instances surgical treatment might be considered.
