摘要
目的对比地榆升白片与利血生及利血生加鲨肝醇治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法136例白细胞减少症患者,随机分为地榆升白片组、利血生组、利血生加鲨肝醇组,检测每组患者服药前、服药4周、服药8周后的白细胞值,比较服药前后白细胞值的变化情况。结果地榆升白片治疗白细胞减少症较单用利血生或利血生加鲨肝醇合用有效率高,治疗8周后3组患者的外周血白细胞计数分别为(4.12±0.69)×109/L、(3.30±0.57)×109/L、(3.25±0.52)×109/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);短期利血生加鲨肝醇联合应用较单用利血生起效快,但长期观察,单用利血生或利血生加鲨肝醇联合应用升高白细胞差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地榆升白片是一种安全、有效的治疗白细胞减少症的药物。
Objective To compare effect of Diyushengbai Tablet,Leuc ogen or Leucogen and Batilol Tablet in the treatment of leukopenia. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases with leukopenia were ran domly divided into three groups, and they were respectively treated with Diyush engbai Tablet,Leucogen or Leucogen and Batilol Tablet.The value of leukocytes o f each group was tested before taking medicine,4 weeks and 8 weeks after oral ad ministration.Comparison was made on the value of leukocytes before and after tre atment. Results Diyushengbai Tablet showed effect better than Leucogen alo ne,or Leucogen and Batilol Tablet used together in the treatment of leukopenia.T he value of leukocytes of each group after treatment with the different drugs fo r 8 weeks respectively was ( 4.12± 0.68)×10 9/L,( 3.30± 0.57)×1 0 9/L,and ( 3.52± 0.52)×10 9/L.They had statistical difference(P< 0.01).Leucogen and Batilol Tablet used together in a short term showed effe ct more quickly than Leucogen used alone in the treatment of leukopenia,but both groups in a long term had no statistical difference in increasing the leukocyte s(P> 0.05). Conclusion Diyushengbai Tablet is a safe and effective drug to tre at leukopenia.
