摘要 机载激光是迄今美国最雄心勃勃的定向能武器计划。本文首先介绍和分析了计划费用不断攀升和进展拖后及其原因,以及再次进行的重大调整。然后评述了2004年底实现的两项关键里程碑和2005年的计划目标。最后讨论了机载激光计划存在的问题和未来的技术发展。 The airborne laser is U.S.most ambitious directed energy weapon program to date.This article firstly describes and analyses the ABL cost overruns,schedule delays and it's sources as well the program's significant realignment again.Subsequently,we reviewed that the program achieved two key milestones by 2004'end and 2005'objectives.Finally,the problems and future technology developments of the ABL program were discussed.
