摘要
国有医院的产权制度改革是社会主义初级阶段中国渐进式改革的一个子系统。因此,它既要依靠诱致性和强制性改革的机制,发挥政府主导作用;又要在宏观经济创造的初始条件下,与其他改革结合,以利于实现经济与社会的协调发展。
The reform of property system in the state-owned hospital was a subsystem of stepwise whole reform in China.On the one hand,the reform should rely on leading force of the government.On the other hand,the reform should tied in with others reforms under macro-economic to achieve harmonious development between the society and the economic.
