摘要
目的: 研究恶性肿瘤患者红细胞、白细胞免疫功能及自由基之间的相互关系及协调发展.方法: 检测116例恶性肿瘤患者血清中RBC- C3bRR,RBC CICR,IL- 2,TNF- α及MDA,SOD,GSH PX的含量,并进行统计分析.结果: 与正常对照组比较,各肿瘤组RBC CICR,TNF -α,MDA显著增高(P<0. 01 ),而RBC C3bRR,IL- 2,SOD,GSH -PX,显著降低(P<0 .01).结论: 机体自由基,红细胞及T细胞亚群之间互为网络,共同发挥抵制和吞噬肿瘤细胞的作用.
AIM: To study the relationship and the coordinating roles between erythrocyte immune function and white cell immunity function and free radicals in patients with malignant tumors.METHODS: RBC-C3bRR,RBC-CICR,Interleukin-2 (IL-2),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione-PX (GSH-PX) in the serum of 116 patients were measured using ELISA method and were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: The RBC-CICR,TNF-α and MDA levels were higher in malignant tumor groups than those in healthy control group (P<0.01) and the RBC-C3bRR,IL-2,SOD,GSH-PX levels were lower than those in healthy control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Erythrocyte immune function,white cell immune function and free radical play some antitumor roles synergistically.
