摘要
随着社会的发展以及管理理论的不断完善和成熟,人本化思想得到越来越充分的体现。大学作为一种特殊的学术性组织,在其管理过程中需要更加重视人本思想。在对人本管理理念的历史发展脉络进行梳理的基础上,通过分析大学组织的特殊性,阐明其人本化管理的必要性,并对我国如何构建以人为本的高等教育管理体系提出若干建议。
With the development of the society and improvement of managerial theory, humanism has given full expression in management. The university, as a special academic organization, should pay more attention to humanism in its management. This paper, on the basis of tracing the history of human-oriented managerial conception, analyzes university's special qualities, explains the necessity of humanism applied in university management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct human-oriented management system for higher education
