摘要
针对华新宜都水泥厂的分解炉建立数学模型,采用简化的PDF反应模型,对煤在分解炉内的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟计算结果揭示了挥发分释放与燃烧的过程,剖析了焦炭的燃烧机理,为煤粉在分解炉内的优化燃烧提供了重要的理论参考依据。
A numerical model was established base on the calciner in Huaxin Yidu Cement Plant. With the simplified PDF reaction model, the numerical calculation was made for coal combustion in the calciner. The results showed the volatile releasing and combustion processing. The paper analyzed the combustion mechanism of coke, which could provide important theoretical references to the optimized combustion of the pulverized coal in the calciner.
