摘要
研究了氢化物-原子荧光光谱法对大米中微量硒的测定,方法灵敏度高、准确度好。在最佳条件下,荧光强度与硒浓度在0.213~100ng/mL范围内呈线性关系,检出限达0.213ng/mL,相对标准偏差为2.2%以下,回收率为99.13%~105.20%。
The optimum conditions for the HG-AFS determination of selenium were studied and an AFS method for the determination of selenium in rice is proposed.High sensibility and fine accuracy were shown in this method.Under the conditions proposed,the fluorescence intensity and selenium concentration were in a linear relationship within the limits of 0.213~100ng/mL.Selenium detection limit is found to be 0.213ng/mL and the RSD were under 2.2%.The selenium recovery was 99.13%~105.20%.
