摘要
对现有的电子万能试验机控制系统进行了比较分析,基于USB总线的虚拟仪器技术,给出电子万能材料试验机测控系统的设计方案结果。该方案能充分利用个人计算机丰富的软、硬件资源,并能充分发挥软件算法的灵活性和强大的数据处理能力,以软件开发简化硬件电路设计,是一种低成本、高性能的设计方案。
Current control system of universal material test machine is analysed in the paper. It is a new attempt to virtual instrument based on USB bus introduced into design of electronic universal material test machine . The design can put into use current resource of personal computer in software and hardware. The design of hardware will become so simple. Thus the project is low cost and high capability.
