摘要
对奶粉中添加牛磺酸、锌和磷脂的功能性进行了研究。结果表明,添加后的奶粉能够增强小鼠的记忆能力。同时通过实验得出产品的配方:鲜牛奶60%,糊精粉10%,乳清粉10%,白砂糖10%,牛磺酸0.4%,磷脂0.5%(均为质量分数),锌45mg/g。
This paper mainly studied the function of milk powder with adding taurine, zinc and phosphatide. Through the animal experiment we attain the result: the experimental product can increase function of memory of the small rat. At the same time, through the experiment we got the product prescription: fresh milk 60%, dextrine powder 10%, whey powder 10%, sugar 10%, taurine 0.4%, phosphatide 0.5%(above all is quality percent) and zinc 45 mg/g.
