摘要 《拿破仑法典》是近代最重要的一部民法典,其历史背景是:统一法国民法的需要与欧洲法典化运动的影响;法国大革命的产物与巩固大革命成果的需要;法兰西民族文化与革命激进主义的结晶。 Napoleonic Code was the most important civicode in modern time.Its historical background consisted of three aspects: the need of integrating French civil code and the influence of European civil code, the outcome of the French Revolution and the need to consolidate the Revolution, crystallization of French culture and revolutionary radicalism.
