摘要
建立了考虑间隙、时变刚度和静态传递误差的直齿轮副动力学模型,利用增量谐波平衡法研究了这一类模型的周期解,得到了任意阶近似解的统一形式.将增量谐波平衡法所得结果和数值结果进行比较,二者吻合良好.最后研究了阻尼比和激励水平对幅频曲线的影响,发现增大阻尼比和激励水平均可以控制齿轮系统的碰撞现象.所得结果可以用于分析和控制齿轮系统的动力学.
In this paper the dynamical model of a spur gear pair is established, where the backlash, the time-varying stiffness and the static transmission error are all included. Based on the Incremental Harmonic Balance Method (IHBM), the general forms of the periodic solution with arbitrary precision are obtained The accordance of these results with the numerical solutions proves the validity of the method presented here. At last the effects of the damping ratio and the amplitude of excitation on the frequency-response curves are researched, and it is found that the impact phenomenon could be controlled by increasing the damping ratio and the amplitude of excitation. These results are useful to analyze and control the dynamics of gear system.
