摘要
目的:探讨甲硝唑注射液的最佳制备条件。方法:采用均匀设计法,对可能影响甲硝唑注射液含量的3个因素(注射用水温度,静置时间,活性炭用量)进行考察分析。结果:甲硝唑注射液的最佳制备条件是:注射用水温度80℃,静置时间为15min,活性碳用量为0.025%。结论:优化条件是可信的。
Objective: To study a best preparing condition of metronidazole injection. Method: The three factors (water temperature of injection, standing time, quantity of active carbon) that may affect the quality of metronidazole injection were experimentally investigated in three levels by uniform design. The result of repetition trials was analyzed with partial least square and residual analysis. Result: The best preparing condition of metronidazole injection was: the water temperature of injection was 80℃;the standing time was 15 min; the quantity of active carbon was 0. 025% . Conclusion: The optimal conditions are believable.
