摘要
介绍了乳化液润滑的扩展雷诺方程以及有效粘度公式;指出了Sharif的乳化液粘度系数计算公式的不足之处,对其进行了修正;并通过实验对修正后的公式进行了验证;说明了在求解乳化液润滑的扩展支配方程时,乳化液粘度系数的确定对于求解乳化液的等价粘度是十分重要的。
This paper introducesa governing equation(extended Reynolds equation)for lubrication with emulsion and the viscosity coefficients of emulsion according to the deficiency of Sharif's viscosity coefficients, modifies the deficiency and test by the experiment,and presents that it is very important for computing the equivalent viscosity to get the viscosity coefficients of emulsion when computing the extended Reynolds equation.
