摘要
在深入分析物流服务供应链模式特性的基础上,提出了基于供应链的物流服务模式模型,并从运行域、层次域、构成域三个属性域给出了评价物流服务供应链模式的指标体系,最后利用熵技术和层次分析法对该模式进行了绩效评价。
On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of logistics services, this paper proposed an integrated logistics service model, established the performance evaluation index system from three dimensions; operation field, hierarchy field, composing field. An integrated analytic hierarchy process and entropy theory are used to evaluate the best suppliers.
