摘要
目前,由于缺乏专业人员,许多高校学生心理辅导工作由政治辅导员兼做。由于德育工作与心理辅导工作具有相关性,且政治辅导员较熟悉学生的情况,由他们兼做心理辅导工作具有不少有利条件,但同时也存在诸多实际问题,如二者的工作依据、工作原则、工作重心以及工作方法等都存在着实质性的差异。兼做心理辅导工作的政治辅导员应具有其所需的观念和态度,加强专业学习和实践锻炼,掌握心理辅导的手段和方法,以适应新工作的要求。
In colleges of present China,many student counselors give psychological counsels to students for lack of professionals in this field.They have the advantages of knowing their students well and their own field of moral education is relevant to psychological counseling,but factors like working principles,methods or priority between the two jobs sometimes collide.The student counselor/psychological counselor should master new knowledge and strategies required for the new responsibilities.
