摘要
目的探讨玻璃体视网膜手术在治疗严重眼外伤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2004年6月行闭合式玻璃体视网膜手术的61例62只眼严重眼外伤患者的资料。结果25例眼内异物,摘出率100%,12例复杂视网膜脱离,复位率83.3%,5例继发性青光眼,眼压均控制在正常范围,9例眼内炎,7例得到控制。所有61例62只眼中,术后视力较术前提高者52只眼(83.8%),术后视力不变或下降10只眼(16.2%)。结论选择适当时机行玻璃体视网膜手术可使大多数严重眼外伤患者视力提高。
Objective To investigate the value of vitreoretinal surgery for treating severe ocular trauma. Methods The data of 61 patients (62 eyes) with severe ocular trauma treated with closed vitreoretinal surgery in the period from January 2001 to June 2004 were gathered for retrospective study. Results The intraocular foreign bodies in 25 cases were completely removed. 12 cases with total retinal detachment gained good reposition of 83.3 % in the first operation . The intraocular pressure in 5 cases with secondary glaucoma were controlled normally. 7 in 9 cases with traumatic endophthalmitis were under control. Visual acuities improvement in 52 cases were better than that compared with before surgery. Only ten cases remained no satisfactory correction. Conclusion Visual acuity can be improved after timely vitreoretinal surgery in most severe ocular trauma patients .
