摘要
目的探讨Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病左房构形及功能的变化。方法应用多普勒超声心动图技术.检测分析20例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病患者左房内径(LAD)、左房面积(LAA)、房间隔厚度(IAST)及左房射血分数(LAEF)、左房射血力(AEF)、左房分数缩短率(LAFS)的变化,并与20例健康成人进行对照分析。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病患者左房构形指标LAD、LAA、IAST以及左房功能指标LAEF、AEF、LAFS均有不同程度增高,且与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论左房构形及功能变化是高血压病心脏早期损害的重要指标。
Objective To approach the changes of left atrial size and function in hypertension Ⅰ and Ⅱ phases by using Doppler echocardiography. Methods Twenty cases of patients with hypertension Ⅰ and Ⅱ phase and twenty healthy adults underwent echocardiography. The dimension and area of the left atrium (LAD, LAA), the interval atrium septum thickness (IAST), left atrium ejection fraction (LAEF), atrium ejection force (AEF) and left atrium fractional shortening (LAPS) in both hypertension and control group were measured. Results LAD, LAA, LAST, LAEF, AEF and LAPS increased significantly in hypertension Ⅰ & Ⅱ phase compared to control group(P<0. 05) . Conclusion The changes of left atrial geometry and function are major index to early heart impairment with hypertension.
