摘要
目的:建立一种测定肼的新方法。方法:空气中的肼用酸性硅胶管采集,解吸,衍生和萃取后,经OV-17,OV-210色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测测定。对色谱柱,色谱条件,衍生条件进行了优化。结果:方法的检出限为0.03μg/ml;最低检出浓度为0.004mg/m3(采样体积为15L);当标准溶液浓度为0.25~2.50μg/ml时相对标准偏差为4.5%~3.2%,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9997;平均解吸效率为92%;样品在采样管中可稳定7d以上。结论:通过样品测试证明,该新方法具有色谱峰形对称、不拖尾、出峰快、无杂峰、准确、灵敏、快速、简便等优点。
Objective: To make a new method for determination of hydrazine in the air of workplace.Methods:Hydrazine in the air was collected with silica gel tube, desorped,derived, extracted, separated with a column OV-17,OV-210 and determined by GC-FID.The column, condition of GC and derived were selected.Results:The detectable limit was 0.03 μg/ml,when the concentration of standard solution were 0.25~ 2.50 μg/ml, the relative standard deviations (RSD)were 4.5%~3.2%, the desorption efficiency was 92%.The samples were stable for at least 7 days.Conclusion:This method is accurate,sensitive,fast and simple.
