摘要
沧州分公司制氢转化炉为国内首台新型结构的转化炉,阐述了该炉的结构特点及使用情况,对该炉运行中出现的问题进行了分析并提出了解决办法。通过对运行数据与设计数据的比较,说明该炉在技术上是成功的,能够满足生产的需要。
The hydrogen manufacturing conversion furnace of Cangzhou Branch Company was the first new type structure conversion furnace in domestic. The structure feature and application situation of that furnace were mentioned. The problems occurred in the process of operation for that furnace was analyzed and the solvent was proposed. By comparison between operation data and design data, illustrated that: the furnace was successful in technology and could satisfy the requirement of production.
