摘要
采用POLYMER PLUS软件对以GF2A为主催化剂的液相本体法聚丙烯技术的均聚反应进行模拟。得出催化剂活性与反应温度、催化剂活性与反应时间及产品熔体流动速率与氢气浓度之间的关系。本模型可在装置改扩建设计中发挥主导作用。
The propylene homopolymerization reaction on GF2A catalyst of PP bulk polymerization process is simulated by POLYMER PLUS. The paper describes relationships of catalyst efficiency vs. reaction temperature, catalyst efficiency vs. reaction time and product MFI vs. hydrogen concentration.
