摘要
研究了以膨胀珍珠岩为主要组分制备缓冲包装衬垫,结果表明,利用膨胀珍珠岩质轻、环保、价廉易得等特点,加入环保型黏合剂及合适的发泡剂等助剂,通过模压成型工艺,能够得到性能优良的缓冲包装衬垫。影响膨胀珍珠岩缓冲衬垫性能的主要因素有黏合剂用量、发泡剂用量、压力和温度等。结果表明,当膨胀珍珠岩为300mL,黏合剂为60~110g,发泡剂为4~6g时,衬垫密度为0.168~0.232g/cm3。
A damping cushion material was developed based on expanded perlite, which is light, cheap, and environment-friendly. The cushion was molded using a mixture of perlite, adhesive and foaming (agent.) The effects of the adhesive, foaming (agent,) molding pressure and temperature on the properties of the cushion were studied.Result showed that the cushion density was 0.1680.232 g/cm^3.While the expanded perlite was 300 mL,adhesive was 60110 g and foaming agent was 46 g.
