摘要
目的探讨乳腺增生病的彩色多普勒高频超声诊断价值。方法对107例经手术病理或病理活检证实为乳腺增生病患者的乳腺声像图及血流情况、病理分型进行回顾性分析。结果本文的超声诊断符合率为80.37%(86/107),血流信号检出率为21.5%(23/107)。结论彩色多普勒高频超声诊断本病符合率高,具有重要的临床诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI)in diagnosing galactophore hyperplasia(PH). Methods To the retronpective analysis of CDFI feature was conducted to 107 case of galactophore hyperplasia confirmed by patholgy,and the results were compared to the findings of pathology and the blood stream conditions. Results The corrrctrate of unltrasound diagonsis was 80%86/107.In 21.5% of PH ,color signal could be detected. Conclusions CDFI has shown importance to the diagnosis of PH.
