摘要
针对裸眼+筛管完井的水平井,为有效解除油基钻井液滤饼对储层和筛管的堵塞,开发出乳液型滤饼解除液。研制的油基钻井液滤饼解除液HCF是一种相对稳定的水包油乳液体系,其中水相由混合酸、清洗渗透剂、粘土稳定剂、缓蚀剂、乳化剂及防垢剂等组成,密度调节用KCl,该乳液体系在井底温度条件下,稳定性受到破坏,水相和有机相各自发挥其作用。油基钻井液滤饼解除液已在渤海湾稠油油田如绥中36-1油田、秦皇岛32-6油田、埕北油田和渤中25-1南油田的水平井或水平分支井进行了应用。室内评价和现场应用表明,该滤饼解除液使用方便、安全、解除滤饼效果明显,目前已在渤海湾稠油油田水平井中广泛应用。
Filter cake remover HCF was developed to protect oil/gas reservoir and avoid screen pipe plugging caused by oil based filter cake, which often occurs in open hole completion of horizontal well. HCF is a relative stable oil-in-water emulsion system. The water phase is composed of acid blend, penetrating a-gent, clay stabilizing agent, corrosion inhibitor, emulsifier and anti-scaling additive, and the density is adjusted by adding KC1. When the emulsion is pumped down hole, it breaks automatically, and the water phase and oil phase does their work individually. Filter cake remover HCF has been used in horizontal wells :or horizontal branched wells of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield, Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield, Chengbei oilfield and southern Bozhong25-l oilfield. Laboratory evaluation and field using demonstrates that this cake remover is convenient to use. At present, the emulsion cake remover has been applied in horizontal well of BoHai heavy oil oilfield widely.
