摘要
分析了直升机主减速器齿轮电刷镀修复后产生裂纹的成因,通过试验提出了喷丸强化改进措施。详细给出了齿轮喷丸电刷镀复合修复工艺的流程、镀液配方和主要工序工艺参数。该复合工艺可推广到承受较大交变载荷情况下零件磨损、压痕的修复。
The cause of cracks after brush-plating on the main speed reducer of helicopter was analyzed and the ameliorative measures by shot-peening were brought forward consolidation. The flow,the components of plating liquid and the parameters of master working procedures for renovating gears by shot-peening and brush-plating were detailedly presented. This composite technics can be extended to the renovation of accessory's abrasion and scars in the situation of big alternant load.
