摘要
目的探讨胞磷胆碱对不同年龄段大龄弱视的疗效。方法54例大龄弱视患者,随机分为3组,对照组18例给予常规的物理治疗;治疗组Ⅰ18例在物理治疗基础的同时,联合胞磷胆碱500mg,im,qd;治疗组Ⅱ18例在物理治疗的同时,联合胞磷胆碱250mg,im,qd;对视力等结果进行统计分析。结果治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组对不同年龄段的大龄弱视均有效,且视力、视网膜光阈值指标与对照组比较差异有显著性。治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组之间疗效差异无显著性。结论胞磷胆碱联合物理疗法治疗大龄弱视效果较好。
Objective To study the effect of citicoline and physical treatment for the amblyopic beyond the plastic period of visual system. Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into three groups: control group, treatment groupⅠ and treatment group Ⅱ.The control group were treated with physical therapy, the treatment group Ⅰ were treated with 500 mg citicoline, im, qd, combined with physical treatment; the treatment group Ⅱ were treated with 250 mg citicoline, im, qd, combined with physical treatment. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Retina light sensitivity and eyesight in treatment group Ⅰand treatment groupⅡ were improved significantly than in the control group, but there are no significant difference between treatment group Ⅰ and treatment group Ⅱ. Conclusion Citicoline combined with physical treatment have better effect than physical treatment in amblyopic patients beyond the plastic period.
