髓过氧化物酶及其多态性与疾病的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 髓过氧化物酶与很多疾病有关联,其功能和遗传变异可引起很多疾病,如炎症、肺癌、白血病和心血管疾病。另外,对髓过氧化物酶基因多态性的研究表明,其基因多态性可降低很多疾病的易感性。但是,髓过氧化物酶与疾病发生关系的机制仍不清楚,本文综述了近年来有关髓过氧化物酶与疾病关系的研究进展。 Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is found to be associated with many kinds of diseases, such as inflammation, lung cancer, leukemia, and arteriosclerosis. Moreover, genetic variants of myeloperoxidase may decrease the susceptibility of a lot of diseases. However, the mechanism of MPO remains unclear. The aim of this article is designed to explore this association.
