离子排斥色谱法(IEC)是分析有机酸的有效方法。对IEC法分析有机酸的原理及其近年在固定相、淋洗液、检测器和应用方面的进展作了系统综述,并探讨了其发展方向。
Ion-exclusion chromatography is an effective method for analysis of organic acids. The principle for organic acid analysis by IEC is introduced briefly. The recent development of stationary phase, eluent and detection about analysis of organic acids by IEC is reviewed. Its trend is also discussed. 44 references are cited in all.
