摘要
目的:研究阿魏酸和川芎挥发油对小鼠自主活动和胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱发的血栓形成的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为6组,测量小鼠自主活动的基础值,各组分别灌胃阿魏酸,川芎挥发油,阿司匹林和0.5%CMC,一周后,测量小鼠自主活动,接着注射胶原蛋白和肾上腺素混合诱导剂,观察各组药物对胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱发的血栓形成的抑制情况。结果:阿魏酸穴1.6g·kg-1·d-1雪可使小鼠自主活动显著增加(P<0.05),挥发油穴0.28ml·kg-1·d-1雪可使小鼠自主活动极显著减少(P<0.01)。阿魏酸0.4g、1.6g·kg-1·d-1均能抑制由胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱发的血栓形成(P<0.05),效果与阿司匹林相当。结论:阿魏酸对小鼠的中枢神经有兴奋作用,川芎挥发油对小鼠中枢神经有抑制作用;阿魏酸对胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱发的血栓形成有明显的抑制作用。
To value the effects of ferulic acid and volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong (Hort) on autonomic activity and thrombosis of mice induced by collagen-adrenalin. Methods: Mice were force-fed ferulic acid, volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong (Hort), asipilin and 0.5%CMC, respectively. After 8d, the autonomic activity of test mice was measured. Then, collagen-adrenalin mixture regent was injected into them, hemiplegic mice were observed. Results: Ferulic acid (1.6 g·kg-1·d-1) could increase autonomic activity of mice(P<0.05); otherwise, volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong (280μl·kg-1·d-1) reduced autonomic activity of mice(P<0.01). The experimental also indicated that ferulic acid inhibited thrombosis of mice induced by collagen-adrenalin. Conclusion:Ferulic acid (1.6 g·kg-1·d-1) possesses excitatory effect and volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong (0.28ml·kg-1·d-1) possesses inhibitory effects, respectively on central nerves system; ferulic acid inhibited thrombosis.
