摘要
分析了目前医院信息系统的特点,指出新一代医院信息系统的核心技术是信息集成;阐述了关于医院信息集成中应该面临的主要问题,进而提出医院信息集成应该研究的内容和工作重点,并从医院信息系统集成的扩展性、标准化、安全性和复杂度角度入手,提出以HL7标准为基础,建立一种基于消息交互的可扩展统一集成平台,保证医院信息系统的可持续性发展,同时为医院信息系统的标准化提供了一种借鉴。
This article analyzes the characterizes of present HIS and addresses that the core technique of new HIS is informationaggregation. The article introduces the key content of HIS aggregation at present and then addresses what research and key worksshould be done for HIS. The article suggests that develop aggregation flat roof for information exchange based on HL7 with theprinciples of enlargement, standard, safety and complication, which would improve HIS development continuously and providelessons for HIS standardization.
