摘要
介绍澳大利亚公共卫生服务和社区卫生服务的情况,探讨对我国卫生服务改革的借鉴意义,提出对政府的建议:调整原来财政支出计划,加大农村基层卫生机构投入力度,调整区域内卫生资源分布;加强对大医院的经营管理;建立农村健康保障专项基金;慎重对待县医院产权制度改革问题。
This article introduces public healthcare and community healthcare service in Australia and shows the experience andlessons for public health service in China. The author suggests that (1) to adjust the finance plan and input more money into ruralareas, regional health recourses should be adjusted; (2) to enhance internal management of hospital; (3) to establish special healthinsurance foundation in rural area; (4) to deal with property reform of county hospitals.
