fructose-1,6-diphOsphoric acid preparations have been determined by using
en-zymatic,diphenylamine and cysteine method. For comparing these methods,some samples,
which madein domestic and imported from foreign country,were determined,and the
experimental results showedno differences between three methods. The relative standard
deviations were 0.48%～0.61%,1.13%and 0.58%for enzymatic methed,diphenylamine method
and cysteine methed respectively
