摘要
随机抽取100种有关分子生物学的书刊,对其限制性内切酶的表达形式进行统计分析。结果表明,限制性内切酶的表达形式十分混乱。探讨限制性内切酶的规范表达形式。
An investigation and statistic analysis was carried out on the restriction endonuclease expression based on the random sampling of 100 molecular biology books and periodicals. The results reveal that its expression is rather disordered. Then the authors analyze the problems, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestion about standardization of restriction endonuclease expression.
