摘要
供应链管理是项目集成管理的重要手段之一。论述了项目供应链与施工企业供应链的区别,论证了项目供应链的建立依赖于长期、稳定的项目需求。以此为基础建立了公共工程项目供应链,并阐述了公共工程项目供应链集成管理的结果———伙伴式方式。
Supply chain management is one of the important means in project integration management. This paper discussed the difference between project supply chain and building industry supply chain and argued that project supply chain depended on the stability of project demand. Based on the above public construction project supply chain is founded. Then the paper demonstrated that the integration management of public construction project supply chain would result in the emergence of Partnering model.
