摘要 光子晶体是折射率(或介电常数)呈现周期性变化的、以具有光子带隙为特征的人造晶体材料.简要介绍了光子晶体的基本概念与特性、制备技术的研究进展及其应用前景. Photon crystals is artificial materials with periodicity changing of refracting indexes or dielectric constant and with band gap of their energy levels. In this paper, the fundamental conception and principle characteristics, the development of research of preparation methods and applications of the photon crystals were introduced.
