摘要 阐述了超高分子量聚乙烯改性的研究进展以及发展方向;流动改性主要为共混改性和流动改性剂的改性,改性成果已经被推广到了实际应用中;阻燃抗静电改性后UHMWPE的氧指数可提高84%,体积电阻率可以降到2.1×103Ω·cm;使用无机填料改性后,UHMWPE的热变形温度可达到110℃;添加La2O3、纳米Al2O3和石英砂后,UHMWPE的磨粒磨损性能均有提高,石英砂效果最为显著;辐射接枝改性在UHMWPE粘接性改性中的应用较多,但均是对粉料和片材的改性。 The advances and various methods of modification of ultrahigh molecular weight (polyethylene) are described.Blending and additive modifications play an important role in the flowing modification,and the modification achievements have been extended to applications.The oxygen (indexes) of UHMWPE modified by flame retardant and antistatic are improved 84%,and surface (resistivity) reduces to 2.1×10~3Ω·cm.The heat distortion temperature of inorganic filler modified UHMWPE reached to 110℃.The wear resistance of UHMWPE are all increased after filled with La_2O_3,nano Al_2O_3 and arenaceous quartz,while arenaceous quartz is superior.Radiation grafting (modification) is wildly applied.
