摘要
本文报道了从废弃的虾壳提取高粘度壳聚糖的工艺技术，应用此产品可絮凝味精废液及酵母发酵液，也可与纸浆交联制得高强度、可生物降解的膜材料。
The preparation of highviscosity chitosan from prawn waste at low temperature has been studied in this paper. It may be used in glutamic acid fermentation wasts broth and yeast. broth as a flocculant. Also the strong and biodegraduable film can be obstained by mixing chitosan and pulp together.
