摘要
目的:通过临床对照观察白内障小切口同轴双侧劈核术式与超声乳化术式的手术技巧与临床效果,探讨小切口同轴双侧劈核白内障手术的临床应用价值。方法:小切口同轴双侧劈核法白内障手术与超声乳化白内障手术各85眼,比较两种术式的术后视力、术后角膜散光、术中术后并发症及手术操作时间。结果:两组术后视力、角膜散光、手术操作时间经t检验无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组均无严重的并发症。结论:小切口同轴双侧劈核白内障手术与超声乳化白内障手术临床效果相近,安全有效,值得推广。
· AIM: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of bilateral coaxial neucleus chopping in small incision extracapsular cataract extraction by comparing the effectiveness of bilateral coaxial neucleus chopping and phacoemulsification.· METHODS: A comparative study was carried out on the postoperative visual acuity, postoperative corneal astigmatism, complication and operative time between small incision extracapsular cataract extraction by bilateral coaxial neucleus chopping and phacoemulsification, with 85 eyes in each group.· RESULTS: There was no statistically significant differences in postoperative vision, postoperative astigmatism and operative time between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no severe complication in both groups, either.· CONCLUSION: Small incision extracapsular cataract extraction by bilateral coaxial neucleus chopping is safe, convenient and effective, so it is a new approach worth of exploring.·
