摘要
为了对电脑中的印刷线路板(声卡,显卡,主板)中的金属成分进行定量分析,以便下一步顺利开展金属二次资源回收工作,采用湿法将线路板中的金属成分溶出,然后用ICP进行定量分析。以显卡为例,在适当的温度条件下,先采用氢氧化钠处理样品,再利用硝酸将样品中的金属成分溶出。在进行最佳优化条件试验后,得到了经济有效的ICP金属成分分析方法。实验表明,最佳的温度是50~60℃,氢氧化钠质量浓度最佳值为250~300g/L,同时选择质量分数为21.75%~25%的硝酸溶液处理样品效果最佳。
In order to quantitatively analyze the metallic elements in the PWB (printed wiring board) in computers(video card, audio card, and mainboard), which is a necessary step before the recycling of the metals, we first dissolve the metallic elements contained in the PWB by using hydrometallurgy, then do the quantitative analysis with ICP. Take video card for an example, treat it with sodium hydroxide at the proper temperature first, and dissolve the metallic elements by using nitric acid. After the optimal conditional experiment, the cost-effective ICP metallic elements analyzing method of ICP metallic elements could be found. As shown by the experiments, the best temperature is 5060 centigrade, the best concentration for the sodium hydroxide is 2530 g/L, and the optimal effects comes when treating the samples with nitric acid solution with a concentration of 21.75%25%.
