摘要
目的观察参附强心煎治疗收缩性心力衰竭的疗效。方法采用自拟参附强心煎治疗收缩性心力衰竭51例;对照组32例服用地高辛。疗程均为3周。结果治疗组心衰总有效率为90.20%,显效率为50.98%;对照组心衰总有效率为68.75%,显效率为28.13%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论参附强心煎治疗收缩性心力衰竭有缓解心衰临床症状、改善心功能的作用。
Objective to observe the therapeutic effects of Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction on systolic heart failure. Method We adopted self-prepared Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction to treat 51 cases of systolic heart failure while we used digoxin in the control group. The treatment lasted 3 weeks. Results The totaleffective rate in the treatment group was 90.20% and marked effect was 50.98; the total effective rate in the control group was 68.75% and the marked effect was 28.13%.the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction relieves clinical symptoms of systolic heart failure and improves heart functions.
