摘要
圆柱齿轮传动设计,先要确定齿轮的模数、齿数、中心距等参数,文章从齿轮的强度计算入手,分析在满足强度条件的前提下,提出了圆柱齿轮传动设计新方法,设计的齿轮机构结构尺寸最优,节省制造费用.
To design the driving of cylinder gear,the first thing should do is to confirm the parametres,such as modulus,tooth number,central distance etc.There stars with the salculation of the strength of gears,bringing up new method of making designs for cylinder gear.It should be predicated on the conditions of the strength.Such gear designed is excellent in mechanism,stucture and size.The cost of production could be saved.
