摘要
为适应综合性医院临床工程部门发展需要,提高临床工程管理的水平,可采用标杆管理理念。我们结合实际,介绍了相关基础知识,并从标杆管理在临床工程中的作用、管理流程及存在的问题三个方面,为促进综合性医院临床工程质量管理体系建设提供参考。
To adapt the develop ment of comprehensive hospital's clinical engineering dept.and improve its management level,we apply benchmarking in our work.As some references for construction of quality management system in comprehensive hospital's clinical engineering dept.,the important meaning,management flow and some problems about benchmarking with our practice are given in this paper.
