摘要
从人才特征、服务面向、业务范围三个方面对机械设计制造及其自动化专业应用型人才培养目标作出定位。以“一条主线,两根支柱,三个模块,四块基石,五种素质”为框架构建了专业应用型人才的知识能力素质结构体系。
The paper deals with the training of mechanical engineering students, especially of those specializing in mechanical design and manufacturing. Considering their features, service direction and trades they are in after their graduation, the author argues that the training should be application-oriented. The students’ knowledge, ability and quality structures are framed by “one main line, two pillars, three modules, four stepping stones, and five qualities”.
