摘要
目的了解流动人口有关性病/艾滋病的知识、态度和行为。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对江苏省昆山市2家工厂1558名外来务工人员进行问卷调查。结果被调查者对性病/艾滋病病种知晓率为58.8%,性病/艾滋病感染途径的知晓率为67.1%,50.0%的人相信避孕套能预防性病/艾滋病,37.8%的人使用过避孕套。文化程度与知识、态度和行为的得分均为正相关。结论昆山市流动人口的性病/艾滋病防治知识有待提高,健康教育的重点应放在低文化层次的群体。
Objective To study knowledge,attitude and behavior about STD/AIDS among the floating populoation.Methods 1?558 floating population employed by two factories were investigated in Kunshan in Jiangsu province by cluster sampling.Results Among the interviewees,the rate of understand about STD/AIDS was 58.8%;the rate of understand route of transmission about STD/AIDS was 67.1%;50.0% believed that STD/AIDS could be prevented by using condom;37.8% had used condoms.Knowledge,attitude and behavior were positive correlation with education.Conclusion The knowledge about STD/AIDS among floating population in Kunshan should be improved.People with low education should be followed with interest.
