摘要
通过对H62和LY12进行试验,找出了压边力、冲裁力和冲裁质量的相互影响的定量数值关系熏分析解决了实际中出现的问题。研究为设计模具提供了理论基础,增加了模具的可靠性,减少了设计周期。在现实生产中具有一定指导意义。
Through test on H62 and LY12,the quantitative numerical relation of influencing each other among blankholding force,punching force and punching quality has been found out,hence problem appearing in reality been analyzed and solved,and a theoretical foundation offered to the designer in design of die and increased die dependability,reduced design cycle at the same time,with certain practical value.
