摘要
为了从雷公藤叶子获取更多的杀虫活性物质雷公藤甲素,分别用不同含量的甲醇、95%乙醇或水为溶剂进行回流提取、浓缩制得浸膏。为了进一步制得雷公藤甲素含量相对较高的部位,又用不同比例的四氯化碳/石油醚对浸膏预处理,再用氯仿萃取的方法得氯仿部位。结果表明:用70%甲醇回流提取雷公藤叶子,雷公藤甲素提取率最高,可达0.014%。采用四氯化碳洗涤浸膏,再用氯仿萃取的方法,得到的氯仿部位中雷公藤甲素的含量最高,可达1.83%。
Research was conducted to improve the extraction efficiency of the insecticidally active substance, triptolide, from Tripterygium wilfordii. Reflux extraction was done with 95% ethanol, water, or different concentrations of methanol. Extracts were then concentrated into a paste. To further improve the concentration of triptolide in the sample, samples were pretreated with various ratios of carbon tetrachloride and petroleum ether, and then extracted with chloroform. Experimental results were as follows. Maximum extraction yield (0.014%) of triptolide was obtained by reflux extracting T. wilfordii leaves in 70% methanol. Best extraction of triptolide into chloroform (1.83%) was obtained by treatment of the paste with carbon tetrachloride.
